Malik Riaz issue is a big test for the people of Pakistan especially those who are justice loving to prove their existence as human beings not as insects or blind sheep. Pakistan military and feudal-corporatist-extortionist political ruling elite thinks that we all are insects and blind sheep who can be easily crushed or can be taken any where.
There are reports that government wants to send a reference against Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry like Musharraf did in 2007. The move will give enough space for the government to waste time till the next elections and CJ’s 2013 retirement.
We need to decide now that what sort of life we want to give to our future generations. Are we ready to give a life of slaves to our future generations? Are we ready to surrender the rights of our future generations?
As John F. Kennedy said, “Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable. “
It seems government, military and allies want people who wan a system based on justice to go for the violent option. I think establishment and government want people to go for a French type revolution in Pakistan.
Convicted and technically disqualified PM Gilani willing to fight with SC–> Things like these invite French type revolution
PPP is back with their Jiyala and political martyr politics showing defiance against the constitution. SC convicted Gilani in contempt of court case and also applied the clause of 63-g of Pakistani Constitution.
PPP lawyers and PPP members including formerly respected lawyer,Atzaz Ahsan, is playing the role of devil’s advocate and is hell bound to protect the corruption and corrupt government of PPP. Its a shame that how these fake intellectuals first gain respect of the people by taking idealistic lines and once the time to take real stand comes they sell their souls to the devil.
Yusuf Raza Gilani is saying that no matter what decision comes, he will not be disqualified and he is willing to invoke confrontation between court and parliament.
After things like these options like French Revolution (with all due disagreement) look appropriate options. It seems government is forcing people to go for this kind of step.
May Allah help Pakistan and show people the right path to fight these tyrant and corrupt rulers.
If we need a revolution or something , we need genuine thinkers and visionaries not so called hakims or so called spiritualists .
If we need a revolution or something , we need genuine thinkers and visionaries not so called hakims or so called spiritualists who copy the ideas re-mold them into their dirty deceptive agenda and use the names and work of great genuine people like Iqbal, Jinnah etc for their bogus agenda. I am seeing lots of good people following these deceivers just in the name of nationalism, patriotism etc .
My suggestion is to use your free mind and sense of justice so that you don’t get misguided by these so called nationalists.
Some of my friends on these views of mine against the war think that I support the terrorists for them I need to say:
Opposing the war doesn’t mean supporting the terrorists.
I consider both army and the suicide bombers or terrorists who are killing the innocent civilians as destroyers of peace and don’t find their actions as just.
The problem is when I oppose the war the “nationalists” think as if I am supporting the
terrorists in fact I am opposing the mess and pointing out to destroy the root cause.
I consider prime responsible for this mess are army and government and reason is they
brought an unwanted war on our land and people.
I oppose the killings of innocent civilians in suicide bombs and by army/air force bombings
but again I consider prime responsibility goes to the country institutions because they (means their key heads rest are just blind followers) created the mess for dollars and this mess has created terrorism.
It was army and government who breached the agreement made by Jinnah for dollars.
It was again army and government with allied forces in Afghanistan with their missile attacks and drone attacks destroyed three peace deals after 2004 .
Before this operation ISPR and Information ministry deliberately tried to mold the facts as if the agreements were broken by tribes but even former army generals like Asad Durrani rejected these claims.
Try to find out how “Neik Muhammad” got killed after the peace deal by USA missile attack and then look at the government reaction of owning it.
The terrorist activities can mainly be categorized as:
1) Revenge of the innocent killings by our forces here and Allied forces in Afghanistan.
Also our support in the form of giving supply route to NATO supplies and Drone attacks are playing it’s part as well.
2) Revenge and anger exploited by enemies of Pakistan but its our fault we are providing them the ground to play with.
3) Attacks like on Shariah academy,Peshawar and Benazir were done by players of weapon-blood-dollar game which includes enemies of Pakistan who want us to remain engaged in the war (so called allies in the so called war against terror) and their pets in our own ranks (politicians, military and civil establishment etc).
After the blast which killed Benazir Bhutto the place and all the evidence was washed within hours and a drama was created to link it with tribal situation which never got proved.
My question is who was being protected here?
4) Not to forget the ethnic and sectarian cards which Musharraf government played with their allied parties and groups to control power, they have also contributed a lot to this mess.
My questions are:
Can we support innocent killings in the name of nationalism?
Can we support injustice in the name of patriotism?
And after doing that can we expect peace?
Last night in an interview with Dr. Shahid Masood Zardari showed his reservation and finally his clear and true instance on the Judiciary issue.
As it was expected from Mr. 10% that sooner or later his greed , lust of power
and nature to betray his people will over come his newly emerginga image as a
so called leader.
We appeal to the whole nation to keep their spirits high and keep their war against
injustice and dictatorship continue because we can not leave our beloved country
in the hands of opportunists like PPP,PML,JUI etc who are now joining hands
with the BUSH’s pet dictator against whom they got vote.

Zardari terms Murree accord a political statement (The News)
RAWALPINDI: Pakistan People’s Party Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari on Monday went back on his word about judges’ restoration in 30 days, agreed in the Murree Declaration.
Talking to Dr Shahid Masood in a Geo News programme “Meray Mutabiq”, he said what he along with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Nawaz Sharif announced in Murree was just a political statement and it could be interpreted in different ways.
He said, “What he said was not a Hadith and the Murree Declaration was just a political agreement.” He said the countdown for judges’ return was being carried out only by Geo that was off the air and his party restored it. When reminded that the ban on Geo was lifted before the elections, he said the channel was restored without its main actors. He told Dr Shahid Masood that you yourself were among those who were removed from the scene.
He said his government would never ban private TV channels for airing dissenting views. He said, in clear terms, that a resolution and an executive order for judges’ restoration would be accompanied by a constitutional package and these would be debated by parliament thoroughly.
When asked how many more days this process could take, he said at least two weeks. However, he did not commit to this deadline either. He said no existing judge of the Supreme Court would be shown the door.
When pointed out that in this case the number of judges would swell to unprecedented level, he said the population of the country has increased so there was a need for a larger Supreme Court.
He said the deposed judges return was not his mission, though he wanted to solve this problem because he thought that an injustice had been committed. He said the restoration of the judges is a complex issue and experts need time to sort it out. He said the question arises if an executive order is issued for the return of the judges and the court issues a stay order, then what would be the recourse.
He frequently referred to the excesses he faced during his eight-year confinement. He said he and his friends remained victim of the judiciary. He said the Supreme Court reverted a case against him to the accountability court despite the fact that he had already undergone the sentence. The accountability court judge, he remarked, told him that when a superior court could not give him justice, he would take the case afresh.
He said though it was not mentioned in the Murree Declaration, the judges were released by a single statement of the PPP premier. He disagreed with the view that the winds of change in the country started blowing following the historic no of the deposed chief justice to President Musharraf and the subsequent movement by lawyers.
He said the people did not vote for a lawyer whose both legs were broken and another PPP lawyer Zamurad Khan whose hand was broken during the lawyers’ movement. He said people have given them vote for ‘Roti, Kapra Aur Makan’ and not for judges’ restoration.
He said neither he wanted nor he thought that Nawaz Sharif would part ways with him after April 30, the original deadline for the restoration of the judges. He said his main agenda is reconciliation and the restoration of the judges was only a part of it. He said he visited the graves of erstwhile rivals in the spirit of reconciliation.
He said not a single megawatt was added to the electricity in the country during the last eight years. He said he wanted to take stock of the economic situation of the country. He said he had applied for tickets to the party and may contest polls from Larkana and a few seats from the Punjab. However, he said the final decision in this regard would be taken later.
Zardari said he wanted to see Aitzaz in parliament, though the latter boycotted the elections. The decision about awarding ticket to Aitzaz, he said, would be taken by the party board. He said he did not want to become prime minister even if he decided to contest the polls and became a member of parliament.
He categorically said that Yousuf Raza Gilani would remain premier for five years. If he wanted to get this slot, he would have got it in the beginning as a matter of his right, Zardari said. He said a sort of post-mortem of late Benazir Bhutto was undertaken at the Rawalpindi Hospital and the establishment kept the report secret. He said the concerned doctors would be asked about this in due course of time. He said he did not want Musharraf to continue as president for five years.
