Bonfire of dolls lit by Jews in Israel to protest at slaughter of children in Gaza: Thankyou JAG for keeping the hope of peace alive
I felt some hope today when I read a group of Jewish people in Israel showed solidarity with the children of Gaza by protesting in Israel against the genocide of Palestinians by Netanyahu regime.
Salute to these people who took part in the protests organized by Jews Against Genocide (JAG) movement.
People who have suffered the horror of a genocide should feel the pain especially when their own government is doing the same with Palestinians.
When Hitler was doing his massacre of humanity, there were people like Oskar Schindler in Germany who were keeping the humanity alive.
I am glad to see the other side of Israel which shows there is still a chance of peace.
Fear of the other kind is a useful tool in the hands of people like Hitler, Netanyahu, Pakistan’s very own dictator Yahya and others like them.
Its up to the common people to reject this “creating fear and controlling masses” policy. We need to do it not just for the other side and their rights as humans but also for our rights and freedom too.
Wrong actions and policies, if accepted as norms or principles will eventually hit us too and we will have no moral justification to oppose such actions if we would have supported them in the beginning against other people.
According to a news on Stopwar.org.uk:
Bonfire of dolls lit by Jews in Israel to protest at slaughter of children in Gaza
JEWISH PROTESTERS set fire to dolls to symbolise the children of Gaza to bring a glimpse of the horror that Gaza faces to Israel’s doorstep.
On 12th July 2014, a group called Jews Against Genocide (JAG) held a memorial service for Palestinian children killed by Israel in its current attack on Gaza. JAG set aflame to a pile of dolls covered in red paint at Yad Vashem, Israel’s holocaust memorial museum.
Jews Against Genocide (JAG) is a movement of Jews from all over the world, including Israelis, who are protesting against Israel’s intent to commit genocide against the non-Jewish indigenous people of Palestine.
Here are some other interesting aspects of the sad incident happened in Libya.
Video shows Libyans helping rescue U.S. ambassador after attack
(Reuters) – An amateur video appears to show Libyans trying to rescue U.S. ambassador Christopher Stevens from a room filled with smoke at the U.S. mission where he was found unconscious after last week’s attack by a mob protesting against a film that denigrates the Prophet Mohammad.
The video, which appeared on the internet and a copy of which was obtained by Reuters in Benghazi, confirms reports that suggested the U.S. envoy died of asphyxiation after the building caught fire.
We condemn the movie against Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W); We also condemn the murder of un armed diplomats in Libya
Freedom of speech should come with sense of exercising responsibility. If people cannot tolerate that their parents, children or relatives are insulted in public then how can they demand Muslims to tolerate any thing insulting towards a personality who is many times more respectable than parents. But protestors should also know that violent protests are not a way to protest and what happened in Libya is also against Islam. It seems some pro-war lobby ignited the fire to fuel more hatred and clashes between civilizations. We should not fall into their traps and the best way I find is to simply ignore these retards or if some people want to protest then they should keep it peaceful.
The attack on Libyan embassy and brutal murder of an unarmed ambassador is totally against Islam. Shame on those who did this. If the protest was against the insult of Islam then this action has brought more insult than the video. We should show discomfort at the promotion of hatred among different religions and cultures but without committing more hate actions during the protests. The best way to condemn the work of those film makers is not to fall into their trap of creating more clashes among religions. Reacting violently to the actions of some moron is like playing in their hands. No matter how much these evil minds try to insult Prophet (S.A.W), they will not be able to reduce his stature as the most respectable human being of all times.
We condemn the movie against Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W). We also condemn the murder of unarmed diplomats in Libya.
It was a great feeling to see that people in a country, who’s government in the madness of being a so called super power is killing women and children all over the world, are fighting for the cause of freedom and justice in Chicago. We salute the protestors from America and all other nations who are taking part in these historic protests. May Allah help you in the noble cause of peace and justice.
As expected, American establishment and government have started to use Nazi-like tactics against the protestors and doing whatever they can to push these protestors back. On one hand American government claims to be the champion of democracy and human rights and on the other hand they are not following these norms when it comes to dealing with these peaceful protestors.
In the video above it was nice to see a Palestinian flag in the protest. humanity is not dead. These Americans and other nationalities with whatever religious, racial or linguistic backgrounds are much better than those fake liberals (scum of Pakistan) who support drones, bombings on civilian population and illegal abduction of people. Great job justice loving people.
These protests are against NATO, war on terror, imperialism, drone attacks in Pakistan/Afghanistan and other terrorist (financial and military) activities by these so called first world countries and their puppet allies. It seems that American administration is again using terrorism fear to control these protests as well. Hopefully this will not work.
Clash between opposition protesters and pro-Mubarak masses, Egypt opposition says Friday demo still on
Today mass relies are being held by Egyptian opposition and civil society against the dictatorship of Hosni Mubarak. There are reports that pro-Mubarak or pro-dictatorship groups have also jumped into the situation. There are reports of clashes between the two forces though the number of people in opposition is still greater. According to reports millions of opposition people marched in Cairo to demand the removal of Mubarak regime.
This was expected as Egyptian Army and Government backed by their foreign masters from Pentagon and Israel were playing dirty games. They are trying to hijack the revolution through their puppets in politics and establishment, and also they want to give an impression as if there is a huge so-called silent majority which supports Mubarak. I think Mubarak regime is playing the same dirty game which Musharraf was playing with the help of Army and foreign masters. Musharraf also came to a deal with corrupt political forces which were used to hijack opposition grounds. I hope Egyptians will not fall into the trap in which Pakistanis fell.
Best of Luck Justice and Freedom loving people of Egypt, Tunisia,Jordan and others.
Egypt opposition says Friday demo still on : The News
CAIRO: An Egypt opposition plan to hold a massive anti-regime demonstration on Friday is still on, in defiance of an army order for people to return home, a leading organiser said Wednesday.
“The demonstrators are determined to hold massive demonstrations on Friday, dubbed ‘Friday of Departure’,” the organiser said, requesting anonymity for security reasons.
Totalitarian government of Egypt which is basically a puppet regime of western imperialist powers first supported Israeli attack on Gaza by doing blockade of Gaza now it has attacked the peace activists from various countries who were demanding freedom and justice for
Gaza in a real peaceful manner.
Shame on you Husni Mubarak!
