A Pakistani Dr. Afia Siddiqi who was kidnapped(with her little children) by Pakistani and USA agencies in 2003 is in Bagram Jail in Afghanistan.
According to media reports she has faced severe torture and due to constant rape by allied force members she has lost her mind.

Where is Dr Afia Siddiqui? AHRC
Dr. Afia Siddiqui [Photo] left her mother’s house in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, Sindh province, along with her three children, in a Metro-cab on March 30, 2003 to catch a flight for Rawalpindi, Punjab province, but never reached the airport. The press reports claimed that Dr. Afia had been picked-up by Pakistani intelligence agencies while on her way to the airport and initial reports suggested that she was handed over to the American Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). At the time of her arrest she was 30 years and the mother of three sons the oldest of which was four and the youngest only one month.
A few days later an American news channel, NBC, reported that Afia had been arrested in Pakistan on suspicion of facilitating money transfers for terror networks of Osama Bin Laden. The mother of the victim, Mrs. Ismat (who has since passed away) termed the NBC report absurd. She went on to say that Dr. Afia is a neurological scientist and has been living with her husband, Amjad, in the USA for several years.
On April 1, 2003, a small news item was published in an Urdu daily with reference to a press conference of the then Interior Minister Faisal Saleh Hayat. When questioned with regard to Dr. Afia’s arrest he denied that she had been arrested. This was followed by another Urdu daily article on April 2 regarding another press conference in which the same minister said Dr. Afia was connected to Al Qaeda and that she had not been arrested as she was absconding. He added: “You will be astonished to know about the activities of Dr. Afia” A Monthly English magazine of Karachi in a special coverage on Dr. Afia reported that one week after her disappearance, a plain clothed intelligence went to her mother’s house and warned her, “We know that you are connected to higher-ups but do not make an issue out of your daughter’s disappearance.” According to the report the mother was threatened her with ‘dire consequences’ if she made a fuss.
Whilst Dr. Afia’s whereabouts remain unknown, there are reports of a woman called ‘Prisoner 650′ is being detained in Afghanistan’s Bagram prison and that she has been tortured to the point where she has lost her mind. Britain’s Lord Nazeer Ahmed, (of the House of Lords), asked questions in the House about the condition of Prisoner 650 who, according to him is physically tortured and continuously raped by the officers at prison. Lord Nazeer has also submitted that Prisoner 650 has no separate toilet facilities and has to attend to her bathing and movements in full view of the other prisoners.
Also, on July 6, 2008 a British journalist, Yvonne Ridley, called for help for a Pakistani woman she believes has been held in isolation by the Americans in their Bagram detention centre in Afghanistan, for over four years. “I call her the ‘grey lady’ because she is almost a ghost, a spectre whose cries and screams continues to haunt those who heard her,” Ms Ridley said at a press conference.
Ms Ridley, who went to Pakistan to appeal for help, said the case came to her attention when she read the book, The Enemy Combatant, by a former Guantanamo detainee, Moazzam Begg. After being seized in February 2002 in Islamabad, Mr Begg was held in detention centres in Kandahar and Bagram for about a year before he was transferred to Guantanamo Bay. He recounted his experiences in the book after his release in 2005. Mr. Imran Khan, leader of Justice Party (T.I) suspects that prisoner 650 is the Dr. Afia Siddiqui and USA and Pakistani authorities are hiding facts of ‘Prisoner 650′.
To date, neither the American nor the Pakistani government have come out about the arrest and detention of Dr. Afia in either Bagram or Guantanamo Bay where suspected terrorists are held. On December 30, 2003 Dr. Fawzia Siddiqui, Dr. Afia elder sister met with Mr Faisal Saleh Hayat at Islamabad with Mr Ejazul Haq, MNA, regarding the whereabouts of Dr. Afiai. Mr Faisal told Dr. Fawzia and Mr Ejazul Haq that according to his information Dr. Afia Siddiqui had already been released and that she (Dr. Fawzia) should go home and wait for a phone call from her sister.
Dr. Afia Siddiqui, who studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, US, for about 10 years and did her PhD in genetics, returned to Pakistan in 2002. Having failed to get a suitable job, she again visited the US on a valid visa in February 2003 to search for a job and to submit an application to the US immigration authorities. She moved there freely and came back to Karachi by the end of February 2003 after renting a post office box in her name in Maryland for the receipt of her mail. It has been claimed by the FBI (Newsweek International, June 23, 2003, issue) that the box was hired for one Mr Majid Khan, an alleged member of Al Qaeda residing in Baltimore.
Throughout March 2003 flashes of the particulars of Dr. Afia were telecast with her photo on American TV channels and radios painting her as a dangerous Al Qaeda person needed by the FBI for interrogation. On learning of the FBI campaign against her she went underground in Karachi and remained so till her kidnapping. The June 23, 2003, issue of Newsweek International was exclusively devoted to Al Qaeda. The core of the issue was an article “Al Qaeda’s Network in America”. The article has three photographs of so-called Al Qaeda members – Khalid Sheikh Mohammad, Dr. Afia Siddiqui and Ali S. Al Marri of Qatar who has studied in the US like Dr. Siddiqui and had long since returned to his homeland. In this article, which has been authored by eight journalists who had access to FBI records, the only charge leveled against Dr. Afia is that “she rented a post-office box to help a former resident of Baltimore named Majid Khan (alleged Al Qaeda suspect) to help establish his US identity.

Seeing the flags, banners and camps of different political parties to welcome the most important guest of the day, CJP of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary.
Lawyers, civil society and political workers gathered at Jinnah International Airport to welcome the genuine Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary .
During his stay he will meet with Sind Highcourt CJ Justice Sabihuddin at a tea party on his residence and also address the bar council here and finally he will leave for Islamabad on 30th July.
Mr Robert Holmes Tuttle,
I tried to have a word with you over the telephone on 9th July but found out that its not possible to do so and today I am writing you instead. I tried to explain your members of staff at the embassy, what my query was, but none of them had an answer for me. So I would like to request you to help me out if possible.
Earlier this month, Yvonne Ridley one of the well known journalists of England along with Imran Khan Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf held a press conference in Pakistan, in which Yvonne Ridley claims that a Pakistani woman is detained along with men in Bagram Jail (controlled by US army) without any charges from several years and is being tortured badly. No one know who she is but the people those who have been there, state that they have heard her screaming and asking for helping.
So would you be able to confirm that Ms Ridley is making true claims against US Military. If that is the reality, with all due respect I would like to ask you that do you treat American women in the same way in States? Do you detain them without charges for as long as you like? Do you torture them in the same way?
Mr Tuttle, I believe it is violation of human rights and I hope that you would agree with me. So, may I ask you that could you please bring out details of prisoner 650 in Bagram jail so that we all know who she is and what wrong has she done. If she has committed a crime she should be allowed for trial in the court(as every human being on the face of earth is born with this right).
My image about American Government would be even better if you could help out with this prisoner 650 because I believe that U.S stands upright for human rights in every part of the world and likes to help those who are ignored.
None of the staff member knew what I was talking about when I called, so I would like to send you a video link along which can make my point even clearer.
Yvonne Ridley’s press conference video link http://www.insaf.pk/Forum/tabid/53/forumid/12/tpage/1/view/topic/postid/31164/Default.aspx#31164
I am adding my details below and would like an answer from you, either way in writing or via e-mails.
Its already three weeks now and I never Received any answer from him.
Could you please come up with any suggestion, that how can we raise this Dr. Afia’s Case.
That will be great. Because U.S Ambassader doesn’t seem very much bothered about answering my letter.

BAHAWALPUR: Deposed chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said on early Sunday the Pakistani lawyers’ movement for the rule of law and independence of the judiciary was strengthening day by day and it would achieve its goals soon.
Addressing an All Pakistan lawyers’ convention at the High Court Bar Association, Bahawalpur, he claimed it had become an international movement as bars and lawyers all over the world were supporting it. He said millions of people were joining the movement for an independent judiciary.
“After the disgrace of the judiciary on November 3, 2007, it was amazing for everyone how lawyers, civil society and the masses supported the drive. Good governance only comes through the rule of law and the Constitution. The rule of law and the Constitution is guaranteed by an independent judiciary.”
He said an independent judiciary also secured the rights of the poor and the oppressed. “Lawyers are the soul of the movement and the media is its voice. The media has brought the lawyers movement into the limelight and made it a common man’s issue,” he added. He said many judges who had taken oath under the PCO were upset and felt it was against their conscience.
He said during his tenure, he took up the common man’s issues through suo motu notices and the illegal sale of kidneys was taken up for immediate legislation.
Earlier, the deposed CJ was accorded a rousing welcome on his arrival in Bahawalpur at 3 am, about eight hours behind his schedule. He was warmly received at the River Sutlej bridge on the Bahawalpur-Multan Road as it was his first to the city after his removal.
Agencies add: Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) President Aitzaz Ahsan warned if the judges were not reinstated by August 14, a new drive would be announced on August 15. Addressing the lawyers’ convention, he said the people of Multan and Bahawalpur had proved they were with Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.
Ali Ahmad Kurd said, “Only Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry is the chief justice of Pakistan. No one can dare change him.” Justice Jahangir Arshad charged the government of lying. “Whatever the law minister says, it looks as if Wasi Zafar is speaking and Information Minister Sherry Rehman speaks the language of Muhammad Ali Durrani,” he charged.
United4Justice: It’s great to see movement going on with full swing despite Qyumitus or Dogar Virus as they are said.
InshaAllah success will be of the right and justice will prevail.
Looking at history and comparing it with what is happening at present gives a real good idea of what is happening around.
The Zionists controlling the major part of world economy and busy in fulfilling their evil goals have brought the humanity on the verge of destruction.
The comments below are given by me on my friend’s blog regarding the current situation in the world and specially Pakistan (full of typos so forgive for inconvenience).
Well the pattern is really interesting:
On the world stage the zionists put plots to start:
1) Crusades ( a clash between Christians and Muslims well cashed by zionists and knights Templers(later become free masons)).
2) Their first target was to capture the christian world so they exploited differences between various groups (protestants, orthodox and catholics etc) and as a result europe saw the real deadly wars during medieval ages.
3) Later they used their hold on europe (specially british empire) to rule most part of the world.
4) then during the early half of 20th century they were able to start to world wars which resulted in the collapse of ottoman caliphate(during first world war), weakening of europe and more dependency on zionists economic aids(even they sacrificed their jews),transfer of keys of world game from british to USA(zionists new power centre),creation of the state of Israel(as a result of fall of the ottoman caliphate),rise of a two blocks (capitalist lead by USA and communist lead by Soviet Union) which helped in achieving their evil goals of destruction and making smaller countries dependent on them(zionists funded both sides).
5) After the end of cold war they need a new war ground to play with so they used the phenomenon of War Against Terrorism and the reason is that they have understood that the only ideology which can come in their way is Islam and the other goal is to cater china as a growing economic and defence power (the problem with china is that it has not become a part of their game yet and so a power like china is not acceptable for them).
6) To marginalise the enemy they have made inroad through traitors and by using internal weaknesses (ethnic and sectarian differences). Just have a look the pattern they are using:In Labenon using Sunni govt. to fight against Shia Hesbollah,In Palestine using nationalist Al-Fatah to fight religious Hamas,In Iraq using Shia govt. against Sunni Arabs and using Sunni Kurds against Sunni Arabs(exploitation of both ethnic and sectarian weaknesses),Creating Arab-Iran Tension and to fuel that they supply weapons to Arab and let Iran get it from underworld or Russians etc(As Iran will grow strong the chances of Iran-USA war will be more and zionists don’t care about the life losses of USA or even its destruction ,all they want is the strengthening of their rule on the world),They have successfully finished the chances of a possible anti-USA alliance in west asian region(Iran,Iraq,Afghanistan and Pakistan)by using sectarian differences and now look Sunnis,Wahabis and Shias are now in the state of an ideological clash specially in Pakistan where the govt. mostly controlled or supported by so called liberals(another division they created using the Turkish model they used to destroy ottoman caliphate),barelvis and followers of sufism and some sects of shias are in a position of clash with wahabis and deobandis (which west calls jihadi Islam) and followers of all sects of Sunni,Shia and Wahabis (based on their internal differences and years of hatred being created for each other) think that others are working to destroy them and also playing in the hands of zionists and other enemies of Islam and this DIVIDE AND RULE policy is used very well by traitors in the country sitting in government, military and civilian institutions,at the same time they are exploiting ethnic differences (just look at the voting trend in Pakistan and the hatred very intelligently fueled before elections, people supported their ethnic group so as to stop the other group from coming in power) and now the situation has become really confusing.
7) Also to cater their “Future” potential threat China they are using Issues of Xing Jang China,Tibet,Taiwan and other minor areas.
The Way out I suggest for Muslims is given by Quran:
“And hold fast to the rope of Allah and do not be divided.” (Qur’an 3:103)
and in general the world must realize that zionism has nothing to do with classical Christianity,Judaism,Islam or any other religion , they are a group of people who simply don’t want to give the luxury of other human beings to exist(they don’t consider them human beings at all).
World and specially muslims have to use their brains to work for a system of justice and peace for the humanity as a whole Otherwise what I see is clash and then destruction of humanity.
May Allah guide us and help us.
” O ye who believe! stand out firmly for Allah, as witnesses to fair dealing, and let not the hatred of others to you make you swerve to wrong and depart from justice. Be just: that is …next to piety: and fear Allah. For Allah is well-acquainted with all that ye do.”(Al-Maida , 8 )
It’s now more than 6 years when American Pet Dictator Musharraf decided to become a crucial part of a war against Islam and Muslims(which was cleverly named War Against Terrorism).
The start of the war wasn’t just (no “fair” trial or inquiry was conducted to see the real reasons and responsibles behind the war and a war was started against the poor Afghans and then it turned towards Pakistani soil).
In this war our own army( few generals sold their souls , i believe an ordinary soldier is still a true patriot) not only killed their own citizens, suffered life losses it self, bombed mosques and madrisas, destroyed most important institutions in Pakistan (specially judiciary) and then what we got???????? A chance of an American invasion, attacks on our border areas, a divided nation(ethnic and sectarian divisions and a so called division of moderates and extremists was deliberately created and credit must go to Musharraf and allies for this ).
Well done Mr. Musharraf! and well done Mush team (Altaf,Zardari,Rehman Malik,Shujat,Shaukat,so called PM Gillani and …)
your Zionist(The real terrorists and racial fascists who don’t consider other people as human beings) allies will be really happy with you
ISLAMABAD: Hundreds of lawyers belonging to different Bar Associations of Punjab staged a protest rally from parliament house to Supreme Court for the restoration of the sacked judges and supremacy of judiciary, the activists of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) and Jamat Islami JI also participated in the rally.
Sources informed that the lawyers belonging to Attock, Jhang, Taxila, Multan, Sialkot, Jehlum, Gujrat, Murree, Islamabad and Rawalpindi Bar Associations staged protest rally from parliament house to Supreme Court while uprooting the barbed wires and restrictions as created by the police on the constitution avenue.
The furious lawyers foiled every bid to restrict them while leading to Supreme Court and vehemently chanted slogans against the PCO judges, President Musharraf and PPP and demanded for the restoration of the sacked judiciary before the parliament house.
While addressing the rally Hamid Ali khan informed that the deposed judges could be restored by simple resolution of the parliament, yet the PPP led Government has deliberately complicated the situation by introducing constitutional package and has hurt the feelings of the masses by taking “U Turn” from the Murree declaration, he added.
He further reiterated, ” We will hold more long marches and will not deviate from further sacrifices for the reinstatement of the sacked judges” and will restore the supremacy of law and constitution in Pakistan.
The president of Rawalpindi High Court Bar Sardar Asmattullah Khan while addressing the participants of the rally appreciated the lawyers huge gathering, which has defeated the statements that the lawyers have lost their strength after the long march and have also ended the confusion among the masses related to the lawyers movement.
While encouraging the participants from Multan Bar association in the scorching heat, he termed it as a victory of the lawyers’ movement who gathered before the parliament house in large numbers at the call of the lawyers’ movement leaders.
The other Bar Associations presidents while addressing on the occasion reiterated that the struggle as continuing in the country for the restoration of sacked judges will also continue in future unless the sovereignty of the constitution and the judiciary in the country and the time has approached when PML (N) has to decide either they are with lawyers or with Zardari, as the masses could not be fooled any more and the lawyers will come to Islamabad again in caravans and will not retreat unless the restoration of deposed judges.
The Rawalpindi High Court bar has also arranged the meal for the participants of the protest rally after the rally termination.

NEW YORK: Former judge of the Supreme Court Justice (retd) Wajihuddin Ahmad has observed that the government is not sincere to reinstate the deposed judges and the nation will have to do this work.
Talking to media after inaugurating the ‘Justice Corner’ here on Thursday, Justice Wajih said the PCO judges and the deposed judges could not sit together. He asked the legal fraternity not to take the decision for sit-ins or staging long marches in a hurry. The wounds resulting from not staging a sit-in outside parliament during the first long march of lawyers for the reinstatement of the deposed judges have not yet healed, he said. The decision to invite Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar to the People’s Lawyers’ Forum is also wrong, Wajihuddin added.
Recent act of terrorism in Karachi in which a series of 7 bomb blasts resulted in the killings of 2 persons and at least 40 injuries seems to be a part of various attempts by the enemies of peace (traitors and foreign enemies) in an attempt to destabilize Pakistan.
The targets to be achieved from the bombings:
1) Start pakhtoon-muhajis ethnic riots.
(For that a confusion will be created that it was targeted against ANP, when it comes to Karachi ANP has tensions with MQM so the partial blame will go on MQM and a chance of Pukhtoon-Muhajir riots).
2) Damage the peace talks between ANP and Taliban.
(Thats another interesting dimension some enemies of PEACE are trying to give to these bombings so as to sabotage the peace talks).
My appeal to the nation is to show some sense, keep their brains working and not let the enemies achieve their evil agenda and for the govt. I must say “Must get out from this war against Pakistan, Islam and in general humanity and peace which is so called war against terrorism”.
