SUBJECT:-SERIOUS VOILATION OF HUMAN RIGHT JUSTICE AND
HAQOOQ-AL-EBAD_____________________________________________________from organisation working directly under orders of president of
islamic republic of pakistan I.S.I illegaly with held due payments
since 14 years and 6 months Rs=41278567.and deprived from legal right
by hook or croock -influenced courts of law to prolong the case
illegaly to
my life span.Consumed funds of my projects (1)ISI Det mithi (2)ISI Det
badin in any other purposes and kept me waiting for another sanction
from president of pakistan .failed to get other sanction .so started
denying from due payments and work done and existing .putting me in
cruel treatment and worst example of its kind in the world history its
all because I.S.I was not answerable to any one, accept president
himself.

by me and accepted by department with 5% bonus agreement clause

payments for 14 years 6 months putting me , my family , my children
