Objective Resolution of Pakistan——>It seems we are losing the objectivity.
November 30, 2007
I was just going through the objective resolution of Pakistan which is considered as the guiding principle for our constitutional setup and also is considered as the reflection of the ideology of Pakistan in the constituion…I wonder if someone knows the importance of this resolution(It seems we are losing the objectivity associated with our ideology).
1. Sovereignty belongs to Allah alone but He has delegated it to the State of Pakistan through its people for being exercised within the limits prescribed by Him as a sacred trust.
2. The State shall exercise its powers and authority through the chosen representatives of the people.
3. The principles of democracy, freedom, equality, tolerance and social justice, as enunciated by Islam, shall be fully observed.
4. Muslims shall be enabled to order their lives in the individual and collective spheres in accordance with the teachings of Islam as set out in the Qur’an and Sunnah.
5. Adequate provision shall be made for the minorities to freely profess and practice their religions and develop their cultures.
6. Pakistan shall be a federation.
7. Fundamental rights shall be guaranteed.
8. The judiciary shall be independent.
I don’t know what to do? Laugh at our situation or to cry out loud.
May Allah give us Hidayat.
Long live Pakistan

AoA,
Military forces in Pakistan are remnants of British army. We made a big mistake by adopting them as our country defenders. Actually these one million satanic gang are offenders of pakistan. Sooner we recognize their real face better it is. There is only one solution : disown this army, declare pakistan as occupied country and struggle for its freedom.
Generals shall never give you rule yourself in charity. We shall never be free country unless we scrifice our blood for freedom.
“our” brave military killed millions bangalies but we praised them, It killed thousands innocent sindhies and baluchies but we termed them antipakistanies and thus included ourself in military crimes. We have to pay back huge fine for innocent bloods of bungalies, baluchies, sindhies…especially we ppls of punjab must tender appologies to these innocent killings.
Lets unite and fight for independence of new Pakistan.
Best Regards
ZM

Walaikum Salam
i know army generals have taken many wrong steps urged by their lust of power and greed of wealth but it doesnt mean that the whole institution is corrupt.
ordinary soldiers who die on their duty and for the discipline are our assets and we need them against our external enemies always ready to destroy us.
what we need is a change in our military culture and as you said the “remnants of british army ” i think we need a culture based on the true ideology of Islam and for that its our duty to point out the problems and we must not forget that the institution is not owned by some generals its our national institution .

The Objectives Resolution is a NEGATION of Jinnah’s own views which were secular and democratic.
There is a whole judicial inquiry on this which concluded the same.

Jinnah wasn’t against Islamic system of justice but he was against theocracy (and Islam as a religion is against theocracy).
Please read and try to understand what our great founder said on different occasions:
“Come forward as servants of Islam, organise the people economically, socially, educationally and politically and I am sure that you will be a power that will be accepted by everybody.”
(Muhammad Ali Jinnah-23 March 1940 address with the historic occasion of 1940 Independence Resolution)
“You have to stand guard over the development and maintenance of Islamic democracy, Islamic social justice and the equality of manhood in your own native soil. With faith, discipline and selfless devotion to duty, there is nothing worthwhile that you cannot achieve.”(Muhammad Ali Jinnah)
(Address to the officers and men of the 5th Heavy Ack Ack and 6th Light Ack Ack Regiments in Malir, Karachi February 21, 1948 )

Pakistan’s army is the alliy of British army, which is fully against the first principle of the constituation:
Sovereignty belongs to Allah alone and the state of Pakistan exercices the Sovereignty within the limits of Islam.
I don ‘t thinking that helping the british or the west’s armies in general matches with the islamic rules. Thus, they contributed for sure to the sadness and misery of a lot of innocent people.
II totally agree with u united4justice “we need a culture based on the true ideology of Islam ” and then we will have justice and peace.
